You will be sharing the apartment with just one other person (a working professional). The Space: Access to a large, bright living room and a home office setup (dual screens and desk available for studying or remote work). Facilities: The kitchen and bathroom are basic in design, but highly functional and always kept super clean. Furnishing: The room is currently unfurnished, giving you the freedom to set it up as you like. If needed, we can discuss arranging a bed/wardrobe. Financials & Move-in Costs: Monthly Rent: €1,000 (All-in). Total Move-in Capital: €3,000 total to move in.
