The surrounding area is very nice and quiet: the apartment is close to Parco Bissuola, the ideal place to have a walk or do some exercises outdoor. Moreover, the apartment is very close to the Old Town: If you walk along the street, in a few minutes you can reach the city centre of Mestre. The bus stop is just in front of the building and here you can catch the bus to go to Venice (There is a bus every 10 minutes). The building is very quiet and in the area you can find bars, restaurants, pastry shops the Supermarket Alì, that is 2 minutes away from the house, and many other shops. To finalize your reservation, you must: ? Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract ? Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract ? Submit all required documents for the contract registration ?? If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. ?
