SINGLE ROOM IN A VERY BRIGHT APARTMENT The apartment is settled in Corso del Popolo, right in the city centre, in the main street of Mestre that goes straight to the Main Squares such as Piazza Barche and Piazza Ferretto. At the corner of Via Torino, there is also the new Campus of Ca’ Foscari University, the new Shopping Centre Interspar, MacDonald’s and night pubs and bars, including an exclusive restaurant and cocktail bar on the 19th floor. The condominium is at the corner with Via Bembo where there is the Hostaria “Vite Rossa”, a typical venetian bar where every night students and young people gather to have a drink or a shot. The bus stop to go to Venice is in front of the building. On the opposite side of the road, you can catch the bus to reach the squares, where you can go also walking for a few minutes. The apartment is made up of: 4 Single Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, 1 Kitchen with Terrace, a wide Entry Hall with a hallway, and a Living Room. ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This includes: -All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating) - All the expenses for the condominium - Optical Fiber Internet Wi-FI - Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works - An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need The rental agreements are individual. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must: ? Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract ? Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract ? Submit all required documents for the contract registration ?? If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. ? Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.
