The apartment is located on the first floor without a lift with a small entrance which leads to the living area in the colors of blue, kitchenette with electric stovetop, electric oven, washing machine and balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. The sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom with wardrobe and a recently renovated bathroom with shower, completes the apartment. For fiscal reasons, please keep the contract that you'll be required to sign at the check-in, as it works as a fiscal recepit. In addition to this, you will receive an invoice for the services provided by the company, such as check-in and check-out, cleaning services etc...The sum of the two documents will give you the grand total of your booking.
