The renovation was completed in November 2019 and the furniture is completely renewed. The apartment, very bright and in a strategic position, is composed of: entrance hall, two double bedrooms (one with a balcony), eat-in kitchen with a balcony, bathroom. Only students are accepted (including Erasmus). The current tenants are three university students (me, my brother and a friend of ours). We rent only to private individuals and not to agencies. Security deposit of one month's rent. The monthly rent is €550, to which condominium fees and bills (electricity, gas, heating and Internet) must be added.
