La Casa di Amalia is a delightful apartment located in one of the most well-served areas of the city of Avola. The property is located on the second floor of a building and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people thanks to: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 full kitchen, 1 living room and 1 bathroom. A few meters away, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery. Everything at your fingertips to comfortably spend your well-deserved holidays. The sea is just under 1km away and it is possible to reach in a few minutes by car the cities and the most beautiful areas of eastern Sicily: Syracuse, Noto, Cavagrande del Cassibile, Marzamemi, etc ... We are there and we are waiting for you! IMPORTANT: Security deposit and admin fee, for initial and final cleaning, must be transferred to the landlord maximum of two weeks before the move-in date. RENTAL CONDITION: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week prior to check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied; The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment; Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses, and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform us by giving a notice period of at least 21 days; Check-in time: every day from 3 pm to 9 pm; Check-out time: by 11 am. EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will immediately be in touch with you to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equal to a month's rent, and the cleaning fee (cost starting from €175).
