The Residenza is located in Rovereto - Borgo Sacco on Via alla Moia. It is a two-story building with a few high-quality apartments, recently renovated and maintained directly by the owner. The residence is situated between the Adige River, the "Moja" restaurant, and the historic Manifattura Tabacchi. It enjoys an enviable location. It is less than 2 km from the center of Rovereto, to which it is connected by a bus service. The train station is a 20-minute walk away. It is 3 km from the on the Brenner Highway. The residence, surrounded by a garden, overlooks a small square where the street ends; it is free from traffic noise and enjoys sunlight for most of the day. The apartment consists of: an open-plan area with a kitchen and a spacious living room, and a sleeping area with a double bedroom and an adjoining bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fiberglass cooktop with 4 burners, a refrigerator, a microwave, small appliances (blender, kettle, toaster, etc.), and a full set of utensils and dishes. The living room is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs, a TV, and a DVD player. The master bedroom, in addition to the bed and nightstands, features a two-season wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors, luggage racks, and clothes racks. The bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet, and bidet, is equipped with a hair dryer and a laundry basket. A dedicated cabinet contains the Folletto vacuum cleaner and all cleaning supplies. The laundry room is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a coin-operated washer and dryer; an iron is available free of charge. The residence offers excellent free wireless Internet access. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Available starting May 19, 2026. We only offer leases of more than 30 days, up to one year. The monthly rent is €800 plus €500 in utilities for one person, and €600 more for two people. The fees include utilities (electricity, water, gas, heating), Wi-Fi, TV, weekly cleaning, linen and towel changes, and TARI. Also included are all common expenses for gardening, stairwell cleaning, and trash collection on designated days.
