IMPORTANT: This Landlord ONLY accepts booking requests that are: · SEMESTRAL: from September 1st to February 28th from March 1st to August 31st · ANNUAL: from September 1st to August 31st. IMPORTANT: rental payments are regulated as follow: For rental periods longer at least 10 months: At the check-in the tenant has to pay the admin fee of 450 euros + 25 percent of the remaining amount. Within November 5th another instalment of 25 percent is due Within February 5th another instalment of 25 percent is due Within May 5th the final instalment of 25 percent is due For rental periods shorter than 10 months: At the check-in the tenant has to pay the admin fee of 450 euros + 50 percent of the remaining amount Within November 5th another instalment of 50 percent is due Please check the "Landlord Policies" section to understand the payments.
