The master bedroom offers a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a standard double bed and bathroom with shower.The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge, cooking stove, washing machine, dishwasher and oven. The apartment has wi-fi connection, air-conditioning and heating. Located in a beautiful historical building with elevator (only 4 steps to reach it). The house features original wooden beam ceilings and handmade terracotta floor tiles. The Pantheon is around the corne and other beautiful historic sights such as Piazza Navona and Campo dé Fiori flowers market are a short walk away. IMPORTANT: Security deposit and admin fee, for initial and final cleaning, must be transferred to the landlord maximum of two weeks before the move-in date. RENTAL CONDITION: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week prior to check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied; The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment; Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses, and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform us by giving a notice period of at least 21 days; Check-in time: every day from 3 pm to 9 pm; Check-out time: by 11 am. EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will immediately be in touch with you to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equal to a month's rent, and the cleaning fee (cost starting from €175).
