More About the Property

The house was renovated 4 years ago, everything is new. About 50sqm open space, the bed is a comfortable queen size (one and a half), plus there's a TV, a large wardrobe, a washing machine, and the possibility of hanging laundry at the back of the building. Furnished kitchen, new, with a foldable table and chairs, equipped with air conditioning for the heat and heating for the cold. Bathroom also new and large with a shower, a bit on the small side. Preferably for a single person or a couple at most, since it's a studio apartment. The nearest metro stop is Jonio or Conca d'Oro, and from there you can take a bus that goes to a stop about 8 minutes on foot from the house. Nearby there are many supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, yoga studios, and shops of all kinds. The neighborhood is very clean, and being a residential area, people are very quiet and respectful, especially when it comes to keeping the street and common areas clean. There are parks near the house where you can go with your dog or take a walk. I lived there before moving abroad, and since it's well connected to the center, I never had any problems getting to my job in central Rome — and if you have a scooter, even better! Great area, quiet, quiet building, street parking available or it can possibly be rented for an extra fee if requested by the tenant.
