The apartment is a one-bedroom apartment set on the ground floor of a wing of Castello di Decima, in the countryside just a few kilometers away from the EUR area. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: kettle, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and gas hob. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with air conditioning, a lift, a hair dryer, and Smart TV. There is a common room where there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care into every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You're welcome, take care of it! IMPORTANT: Security deposit and admin fee, for initial and final cleaning, must be transferred to the landlord maximum of two weeks before the move-in date. RENTAL CONDITION: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia Delle Entrate no later than one week prior to check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied; The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment; Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses, and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform us by giving a notice period of at least 21 days; Check-in time: every day from 3 pm to 9 pm; Check-out time: by 11 am.
