We have a great location, just a few steps from Vaticano Saint Peter Basilica, only 10 minutes from People Square and St Angel Castle, a lot of public transport to move all around the tourist attractions in Rome, Just next Ottaviano-San Pietro Metro station, on line A. Is the perfect solution for those who travel for business or tourism, the area is full of shops, bars and restaurant. The apartment has three double rooms and private bathroom, all with wireless Internet access, LCD satellite TV . The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, a refrigerator, and a coffee-maker, Washing Machine , iron/ironing board the kitchen gives you the chance to make your favorite meal. Each room is equipped with anti-noise double glass windows for the most enjoyable and relaxing stay. It is mandatory to give an ID document, and pay the security deposit in order to give the keys, if you lose the keys you will pay 50 euros. Please be aware that electricity is not included and you will have to pay 1 per KW. There is a mandatory monthly cleaning fee of 15 per person and a final cleaning fee of 50 per person.
