The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood, with all the main services. With a walk of about 20 minutes it is possible to reach the wonderful Piazza dei Miracoli, with the famous leaning tower. The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room), independent heating, fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment. The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00. Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa). If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to: - From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro; - From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro; - From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro; - From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro. The apartment is located just outside the city center of Pisa, in a quiet residential area, but equipped with all the main services (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies). Just about 10 minutes walk from the apartment you can find the San Jacopo 3 and XXIV Maggio 2 bus stops, from which it is possible to reach the main attractions of the centre. Main distances: - Piazza dei Miracoli: 20 minutes on foot; - Piazza dei Cavalieri: 20 minutes by public transport. - Carrefour Express (supermarket): 4 minutes on foot; - Pizzeria A Modo Mio: 5 minutes on foot; - Municipal Pharmacy 2: 6 minutes on foot. - From Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport, it is possible to reach the Central Station thanks to the PISAMOVER service. - From Pisa Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment with buses 1+ or 4, which stop a few minutes on foot from the accommodation. - If you travel by car, it is possible to park for free near the accommodation (NOT GUARANTEED).
