Our 1-bedroom flats are perfect for two people or for those who are looking for the highest level of comfort. Each apartment is composed of two rooms: one kitchen with dining area and study corner and one bedroom with private bathroom. All of them are equipped with LED TV, security door, air-conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi connection. This is the perfect solution for those who are looking for a stay ensuring independence and all comforts of a stress-free formula. Our accommodations are equipped with all comforts to provide the highest level of hospitality. One of the strengths of this Campus is the all-inclusive monthly fee, to make your stay hassle free. Our fee includes all utilities: water, electricity, heating and also air conditioning, very useful during hot summers. Furthermore, each apartment is equipped with its own thermostat… no matter how much you consume, the cost will not change! Please note that tenants are required to pay the deposit and the admin fee before the check-in. This is because the accommodation provider is a company accountable for the contract hence the tenants need to abide by their rules and the Italian law regulations.
