The apartment is air conditioned and equipped with internet Wi-Fi, it is centrally located and strategic: a few steps from the lively and characteristic Porta Venezia district, Indro Montanelli park, the new and wonderful Porta Nuova area with Piazza Gae Aulenti, one subway stop from the central station and from Brera and Moscova, perfectly served by public transport (yellow subway line M3 Repubblica) and shops, very convenient to reach the center, the Duomo of Milan and also the Cadorna train station. Please note: deposit equals to 1 month of rent is required for stays up to 5 months, 2-months rent for stays longer than 6 months Utilities included up to €50 per month. Tourist visa not accepted to sign contract. Valid passport and “codice fiscale” are required for contract registration. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30%. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of a max 18 months, then, in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of (hidden) contract, an additional fee of 100€ is required and a 30 to 60 days early notice, depending on the length of the contract.
