All comfort and facilities are there to make you feel at ease and home :) Rental Condition - Check-in is possible from Monday to Friday from 9 to 10. Check-in after 19, during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or national bank holidays, are possible only after our confirmation and paying an extra fee. - We work with biweekly contracts, this means that the contract needs to start and end either the 1st or the 15th of each month. - In case of early check out without the 2 months notice stated in the contract the deposit won't be refunded. Universities are also within 10 to 15 min distance by public transportation. The location is well served by Metro, bus, and trams, all of them are within walking distance.
