Open space seminterrato confortevole a San Siro. È vicinissimo alla metro San Siro Stadio. La casa è circondata dal verde e sono molto vicini due parchi, Trenno e Parco delle Cave. Trovate la biancheria per il bagno asciugamani grandi e piccoli, strofinacci per la cucina, lenzuola e coperte. La cucina è attrezzata con gli accessori necessari completa di microonde senza lavastoviglie. C'è l'asciugacapelli, TV 40 pollici, Sky Q. Non c'è la lavatrice ma vicino c'è il servizio di lavaggio a gettoni. Per questo motivo lenzuola e asciugamani sono a carico nostro e cambiati ogni 15 giorni quando facciamo le pulizie. Il restante periodo è gradito che gli ospiti tengano in ordine e abbiano cura di ciò che trovano. IMPORTANTE il deposito cauzionale e il contributo di euro 50 per le pulizie finali devono essere pagati prima dell'arrivo.

Will the booking fee be refunded to the student?
Fee is non-refundable in case the student decides to swap their accommodation from a non-commissionable property to a commissionable property. Platform Fee is refundable to the student if they decide to cancel their booking within the defined “UniAcco Cooling Off Period”. This period will be upto 48 hours from the months April-September and 5 days from the months October-March.
Why should a student book with UniAcco and not directly with the Property Manager?
We will assist the student with the entire booking process. End-to-end handling of the cancellation process for the student. (Platform Fee won’t be refundable to the student in this scenario). Post Move-In Assistance to the student.
