PLEASE NOTE that the check-in/out hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17.30. If you want to check-in/out outside working hour or during the weekends, there will be an extra cost of 100 euros. There are the following additional costs 70 euros for bills to be paid per person monthly and 15% of the Booking Value to be paid one time upon arrival. The Booking Value is the sum of the monthly rents without including the bills. The final cleaning amount is 100 euros for shared and private rooms, 200 euros for the apartments. In case of bookings shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40€, in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€.
