A supplement will be required depending on the day and time of your arrival. - FREE check-in from 15:00 to 19:00 on working days - €35 from 3pm to 11pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and Italian public holidays - €35 from 7pm to 11pm on working days - €50 from 11pm to 1am each day of the week - €75 from 01:00 to 7:00 each day of the week LONG STAYS (rentals longer than 30 days - temporary rentals): - upon check-in you will have to pay the contract registration fee (1% of the contract value) + €100 one-off for the contract registration costs - the house is meant WITHOUT bed linen. Upon request, we can provide you with bed linen and towels. Please make an explicit request before arrival. The cost of each single kit (including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and face towel) is €7 a month. The cost of each double kit (including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and face towel) is €10 per month. Payment upon check-in. - Electricity charges are not covered with the rental price. Electricity meters will be read at check-in and checkout for these purposes.
