IMPORTANT: for the bookings with check-in between March 28th and June 6th 2022, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable. The security deposit and the administration fee, for initial and final cleaning, must be paid to the landlord at the latest two weeks before the moving out date. RENTING CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting your local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week before check-in. If you fail to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will apply; The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the impossibility of entering the flat; The rent includes all utilities based on normal usage; if you exceed with gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; If you wish to leave the flat early, just let us know at least 21 days in advance; Check-in hours: every day from 3pm to 9pm; Check-out hours: at 11am. EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your booking is confirmed we will immediately contact you to request payment: the security deposit, amounting to one month's rent, and the cleaning fee (cost from €175)."
