RENTING CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting your local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week before check-in. If you fail to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will apply; The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the impossibility of entering the flat; The rent includes all utilities based on normal usage; if you exceed with gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit.
