The flat is at the second and last floor of a building of the 1920s, with no lift. In the inner courtyard of the building, it is possible to park bicycles. The 590 Euros renting includes gas, electricity, heating, water, waste and Wi-Fi bills and the condominium fees. For more than a 2 months stay, a deposit corresponding to 2 months renting is required. I live in the flat with my two daughters, 14 and 17 years old. The metro line 2 is at 5 minutes walking and a bus line going to the Central Train Station is down the street. Beside English and Italian, je parle français, hablo castilliano, ani medaberet ivrit.
