RENTAL CONDITIONS: - Deposit is one monthly rent to be paid at the check-in in Milan. - One time contract registration fee: it will be 2 percent on the total contract value that you will sign plus 16 euros for the duty stamp. This fee is intended per person. - One time agency fee: 185 euros per person that includes cleaning of the room before the check-in, assistance during your stay, property maintenance. We will take care of you! Please note that if you want to change your arrival date, the landlord might request the payments of the deposit, admin fee and contract registration to be paid in advance on the contract start date. The last month rent needs to be paid together with the penultimate rent.
