It is made of three single rooms, with separate keys, which can accommodate one student each, plus one other room reserved for the owner, who does not live there but keeps the right to be present occasionally at any time. The apartment further includes a large lobby, a bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, basin and WC, a modern kitchen equipped with table and chairs, a stove with 4 gas burners, electric oven, stainless steel sink, refrigerator, washing machine, dishes and cutlery and all you need for cooking, and a balcony. The room is equipped with table, bed, closet, chair, library, reading light. The apartment is located in Città Studi, 20 min. walk from the Politecnico and Scientific Universities, and in a few minutes to the same by bus 93. Other means of transportation nearby: Metro line 4,Bus 54, 73, 90-91, tram 27, underground train station (passante) within 10 min. walk, useful for Politecnico Bovisa students. Connection with City Center and “Statale” University in less than 30 min, Bocconi University in about 40 min Energy Class F. Languages spoken by owner: Italian, English, French, German.
