With utilities it comes to roughly 700 € per month, all included. Flatmates: an Italian couple, both 30, both working. They share the other bedroom. Quiet and clean people. Area and transport: San Siro, Municipio 7. 10-minute walk to M5 (the purple line); buses 80 and 64 stop right in front of the building. Esselunga di Via Novara literally next door. Parks, greenery and lakes within walking distance (Parco di Trenno, Boscoincittà, Parco delle Cave). You can register your residency at this address, which helps with a permesso di soggiorno application or renewal.
