You can request one by contacting your local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week before check-in. If you fail to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will apply; The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the impossibility of entering the flat; The rent includes all utilities based on normal usage; if you exceed with gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit.
