Bright and cosy three-rooms apartment on the ground floor in a strategic area of the wonderful island of Lampedusa, well connected to main tourist attractions and the sea. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, and microwave. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, and air conditioning. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. IMPORTANT:
Security deposit and admin fee, for initial and final cleaning, must be transferred to the landlord maximum two weeks before the move-in date.
RENTAL CONDITION:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied;
The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment;
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform us by giving a notice period of at least 21 days;
Check-in time: every day from 3pm to 9pm;
Check-out time: by 11am.
EXTRA PAYMENT:
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will immediately be in touch with you to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equal to a month's rent, and the cleaning fee (cost starting from €175).

What is platform fees?

Is it Refundable?
You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment, after which platform fees will not be refunded (To be added on Cancellation Policy also)
Will the booking fee be refunded to the student?
Fee is non-refundable in case the student decides to swap their accommodation from a non-commissionable property to a commissionable property. Platform Fee is refundable to the student if they decide to cancel their booking within the defined “UniAcco Cooling Off Period”. This period will be upto 48 hours from the months April-September and 5 days from the months October-March.
Why should a student book with UniAcco and not directly with the Property Manager?
We will assist the student with the entire booking process. End-to-end handling of the cancellation process for the student. (Platform Fee won’t be refundable to the student in this scenario). Post Move-In Assistance to the student.
Is a Guarantor required to book a room?
