Comfortable and bright two-room apartment on the 5th floor, in a strategic area of the city, well connected to the center and the main tourist attractions. The kitchenette is complete with accessories, dishes and appliances: induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with a french bed and 1 single bed (with additional pull-out bed) in the living area. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with wifi, television, courtesy line, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, lift (up to the 4th floor) and air conditioning. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work, whether you are passing through to visit the city. Take care, you are welcome! IMPORTANT: Security deposit and admin fee, for initial and final cleaning, must be transferred to the landlord maximum of two weeks before the move-in date. RENTAL CONDITION: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week prior to check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied; The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment; Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses, and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform us by giving a notice period of at least 21 days; Check-in time: every day from 3 pm to 9 pm; Check-out time: by 11 am. EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will immediately be in touch with you to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equal to a month's rent, and the cleaning fee (cost starting from €175). For the bookings with check-in between February 10th and April 20th, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
