BOOKING CONDITIONS: - Before checking in, the deposit, final cleaning, and admin fee (500€) must be paid entirely. - Upon check-in or, ideally, before the check-in, the tenant must sign the rental contract and accept the terms and conditions. - Maximum stay: 12 months renewable PRICE INCLUDES - Common expenses, utilities up to a cap (50€ for studio, 75€ for one-bedroom apt, 100€ for two-bedroom apt) - Agency and registration fee. - Check-in/out during working hours Mon to Fri. - English speaking assistance - Contract registration tax & VAT PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE - Extra cleaning service (possible upon request once the check-in is done) - Check-in/out on weekends, holidays and late/early hours is not included in the price. - For rentals longer than 1 months the Italian tax code "Italian codice fiscale" is necessary. You can request it through our dedicated assistance at an extra fee. - Admin fee 500€. - First Mandatory cleaning: 100€ for studios, 150€ for one-bedroom apt, 200€ for two bedrooms and more.
