The spacious room for rent is equipped with a single bed, a comfortable desk, a two-door wardrobe, a cabinet, a kettle, a microwave, and a window that provides plenty of light. The monthly rent is 650 euros (gas, electricity, water, and condominium fees of 50€ per month paid in cash). A 350-euro deposit is required, which will be refunded at the end of the contract if no damages occur. At check-in, there is an administrative fee of 350 euros for the creation of the contract. In the event of early termination, a 2-month notice is required; if notice is not given within the agreed time frame, an additional month’s rent will be charged. Il canone mensile di 650 euro (gas, elettricita', acqua,spese condominiali 50€ al mese cash) è richiesta una cauzione di 350 euro, che sarà restituita al termine del contratto in assenza di danni. In fase di check-in, è previsto un costo amministrativo di 350 euro per la creazione del contratto. Nel caso di disdetta anticipata, è richiesto un preavviso di 2 mesi; in assenza di preavviso nei termini stabiliti, verrà addebitata una mensilità aggiuntiva.
