BOOKING CONDITIONS To book the property a reservation fee is required. For long stays the reservation fee is 1 monthly rate. The reservation fee has to be paid within 24 hours from the booking, otherwise the property will become available for other clients. Before checking-in, deposit and rental fee must be paid entirely. For long term stays, the rental fee can be paid monthly. Breakage deposit is required for rentals. Before proceeding to rentals, the tenant has to sign the rental contract and subscribe terms and conditions. Apartment available for rental to individuals Maximum stay: 12 months renewable PRICE INCLUDES Common costs, utilities (up to a limit), agency and registration costs. Check-in/out during working hours (Mon to Fri) is included in the price. English speaking assistance is included in the price. Contract registration tax is included in the price. VAT is included in the price. Visit of the property. PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE Cleaning service with/without sheets & towels change available upon request at extra charge. Check-in/out on weekends, holidays and late/early hours is not included in the price. For rentals longer than 1 months the Italian "codice fiscale" is necessary (available with our dedicated assistance at extra charge) CANCELLATION & TERMINATION POLICY In case of cancellation, the reservation fee is not refundable. In case of anticipated termination of reservations with fixed dates no refund is due. Upon check-out, the breakage deposit will be returned in case there is no damage and/or utilities usage excess
