You will be hosted by the landlady and her adorable family consisting of her two daughters, a dog and three cats. If you love pets, this accommodation is definitely your best scream! The washing machine in the bathroom can only be used by the landlady, twice a week. The rent is also incredibly competitive only 850E / month which include Wifi and gas bed linen and a 2x / week cleaning service! The electricity bill is included, except for air conditioning during the summer to be paid separately and to be shared with the landlady. Please keep in mind that if consumption and costs skyrocket will be covered by the tenant then use it carefully and do not waste it! What else is there to say Go ahead and book quickly!

Will the booking fee be refunded to the student?
Fee is non-refundable in case the student decides to swap their accommodation from a non-commissionable property to a commissionable property. Platform Fee is refundable to the student if they decide to cancel their booking within the defined “UniAcco Cooling Off Period”. This period will be upto 48 hours from the months April-September and 5 days from the months October-March.
Why should a student book with UniAcco and not directly with the Property Manager?
We will assist the student with the entire booking process. End-to-end handling of the cancellation process for the student. (Platform Fee won’t be refundable to the student in this scenario). Post Move-In Assistance to the student.
Is a Guarantor required to book a room?
