This apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen. It has its private door lock but it's located in one single spacious apartment with other two studios. These three studios have in common a corridor and a laundry. The neighbourhood is one of the coolest of the city with lot of restaurants, cafés and shops. Bills are 90 euros per month. Check-in time to arrange with the accommodation provider, available from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM. Check-in is not possible during the weekend. For stays up until 6 months is required a 1 moth deposit, for stays longer than 6 months the deposit equals 2 months rent.
