Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform us by giving a notice period of at least 21 days;
Check-in time: every day from 3pm to 9pm;
Check-out time: by 11am.
EXTRA PAYMENT:
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will immediately be in touch with you to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equal to a month's rent, and the cleaning fee (cost starting from 175 euro).
