Located in the central Corso Sempione overlooking the beautiful Parco Sempione, the green lung of Milan, the location is strategic: not far from Cadorna – FS Station, Metro red line M1 and green line M2, and Malpensa Express departure point, perfect for reaching the city center and Brera in just a few minutes. A residential yet lively area, well served by commercial activities (shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies). Perfect for reaching the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, the University Statale of Milano, and the Marangoni Institute. Energy class: under assignment. Please note: deposit equals to 1 month of rent is required for stays up to 5 months, 2-months rent for stays longer than 6 months. Utilities included up to €100 per month. Tourist visa not accepted to sign contract. Valid passport and “codice fiscale” are required for contract registration. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30%. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of a max 18 months, then, in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of rental contract, an additional fee of 100€ is required and a 30 to 60 days early notice, depending on the length of the contract. Final cleaning price included according to the conditions of the apartment at check-out. Cleaning service optional: 20€ per hour. Bed linen and towels are provided for free.
