    Seafront two-room apartment on the 13th floor, comfortable and bright, 30 meters from the beach, well connected to the centre and the main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: refrigerator and oven. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with wifi, television, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and lift. Possibility to use the private parking next to the structure at € 10.00 per night. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are travelling for work, whether you are passing through to visit the city. You are welcome, take care of it! IMPORTANT: Security deposit and admin fee, for initial and final cleaning, must be transferred to the landlord maximum two weeks before the move-in date. RENTAL CONDITION: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied; The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment; Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform us by giving a notice period of at least 21 days; Check-in time: every day from 3pm to 9pm; Check-out time: by 11am. EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will immediately be in touch with you to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equal to a month's rent, and the cleaning fee (cost starting from €175).
