At the check-in is required an administration fees of 50€ per month of stay Due to COVID-19 regulations, all rooms must be delivered freshly painted and sanitized. Rooms are handed over in this condition, and after the stay, they must be returned in the same manner – painted and sanitized – to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols. Students enrolled at the university must provide proof of enrollment and specify their faculty at the time of application.
