LuVi House is a very spacious three-room apartment located on the second floor in a building on the corner of Santa Croce Square, directly in front of the Verdi Theater. It can accommodate up to four people thanks to two double beds and two full bathrooms. In a very central location, it is perfect for even long stays thanks to the fully equipped kitchen that will not make you regret the one at home. + The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels). + At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee. These payments must be made within 7 days of booking confirmation; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. + Every 30 days from the start of the lease, the rent and utilities for the following month must be paid.
