The apartment consists of: 4 bedrooms (three double and one single), two full bathrooms, a half-bath, a kitchen with dining area, a living room, a laundry room, a terrace, and a garden. Rent is due by the 1st of the month; the security deposit is payable upon signing the lease and is equal to two months’ rent if the lease term is one year, otherwise it is one month’s rent. Tenants are required to ensure that common areas are cleaned, either by hiring an outside cleaning service or by establishing a schedule among tenants to perform these weekly cleaning duties. The cost of the TARI garbage tax and insurance are included; utilities are to be paid separately.
