The apartment is furnished and equipped with every comfort, systems in compliance with the law, and INDEPENDENT HEATING. There are two single/double bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, a hallway with another wardrobe, and two full bathrooms with showers. Utilities are not included in the rental price and a monthly deposit of 120 is required for expenses, payable at the beginning of the month and subject to adjustment.
