THE ROOM Lovely furnished single room in a recently renovated flat right in the centre of Florence, just a few steps from Piazza della Signoria and Piazza Santa Croce. The room (129 sq ft - 12 mq) has a single bed (cm 90 x 200) and is furnished with wardrobe, desk, desklamp, chair. THE FLAT The flat is on the 1st floor of an historical building with a fitted kitchen with all you need, from hob down to forks and knives, shared dining room and bathroom with shower, it is fully furnished and it is right in the centre of Florence close to Piazza della Signoria and Piazza Santa Croce. Main features: - Independent heating - Microwave oven - Mashing machine - Fiber WIFI broadband connection 24/7 (2.0 Gb/s Download - 400 Mb/s) **The flat will be shared in three girls** LOCATION The location is excellent: the flat is located in a great area - very central and safe, with all amenities moments away, it’s just a few minutes walk to mini and supermarkets, delicatessens and trattoria’s, banks, post office and public transport (bus/train). All the main attractions are at a walkable distance, and so is the train station. The connection to the airport is provided by the tram system which can be reached in a nice 15 mins walk from the flat. SUMMARY OF COSTS The month will have to be paid in full, even if the stay is shorther than a month. The average cost of the utilities will be around €70-90 per month per person based on 3 ppl share. In this estimate, utilities cost includes gas for heating, hot water, cooking, electricity, fast dsl connection and biweekly cleaning of the common areas of the flat. Administrative fee (drawing up the lease contract and registering it at the Tax Office) to be paid at check in: 150 euros Final cleaning at checkout: 100 euros CHECK IN Check in is available Monday-Friday from 15:00 to 20:00. Check in outside these hours has a cost of 80 euros and is allowed only in exceptional cases. Please ask at least one week in advance if available.
