The admin fee corresponds to the cleaning fee to be paid at move-out. Utility charges are excluded from the total cost of your stay and will have to be paid separately, based on actual consumption: therefore, they will be calculated from the day of check-in. Our Staff will take an initial reading and a final meter reading, and utility charges must be settled before check-out. In case of non-payment, the due amount of utilities will be taken from the security deposit.
