Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, and air fryer). 2 bathrooms (one full bathroom, one service bathroom with washing machine). High-speed Wi-Fi. Bonus: The room has direct access to a private balcony! ??The Flatmates: You will share the apartment with two friendly guys: a Sardinian guy working in the mechanical sector and another student who just graduated in languages. ? Rent & Expenses: Total Rent: €258 per month (This already includes the base rent of €230 + building/condominium fees + Wi-Fi + water). Not included: Electricity bills (which will be split equally among roommates based on actual consumption every two months). Security Deposit: €230 (one month of base rent). ??
