Die Lage im Stuttgarter Süden (Plieningen) ist ideal: In nur 5-10 Gehminuten erreichst du die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Plieningen, an der sich auch direkt ein Supermarkt befindet. Die Universität Hohenheim ist ebenfalls bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bist du in ca. 30 Minuten am Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof. Bei den Ein- und Auszugsdaten bin ich sehr flexibel. Online-Besichtigungen sind problemlos möglich! The flat comes fully equipped with all the household utensils you might need for daily life. The location in the south of Stuttgart (Plieningen) is ideal: the Plieningen U-Bahn station is just a 5-10 minute walk away, and there is a supermarket conveniently located right next to the station. The University of Hohenheim is also within easy walking distance. You can reach Stuttgart Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) in about 30 minutes by public transport. I am very flexible regarding the move-in and move-out dates, and I am happy to arrange online viewings!
