Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen and a top-equipped daylight bathroom with glass shower and toilet are at your disposal. You can spend mild summer nights on the furnished terrace. In the entire apartment - except in the wet area - exclusive real wood flooring is installed. Of course, the apartment is equipped with a SmartTV device and high-speed internet / WLAN. A set of towels and bed linen are also available. In (hidden)ment there is a well-equipped laundry room (Fee), which is accessible to all residents of the house. Im Keller befindet sich eine gut ausgestattete Waschküche, die für alle Bewohner des Hauses zugänglich ist. Es gibt zwei Waschmaschinen und zwei Trockner (Geb.), die mit den "WeWash-System" ausgestattet sind. Stellplatz oder Garage sind gegen eine Gebühr nach Verfügbarkeit möglich zu mieten.
