Booking Deposit:-
No deposit is required.

Installment Plan:-
The amount for the first month should be paid immediately or at least 7 days prior to arrival if the flexible rate is booked.
The amount for each subsequent month must be paid on the 1st of every month. If the 1st falls on a weekend, payment should be made on the first working day after.

Guarantor:
Property does not require you to have a guarantor to book a room.

Mode of Payment:- 
The property accepts Visa, MasterCard, China Union Pay, JCB, Diners Club, and Amex. A €0.01 charge will be requested during the booking process to verify your card. The property is happy to accept your credit card for bill payment. Vpay and Maestro cards are also accepted at on-site establishments.

Long Stay Smart:-  Non-refundable.

Long Stay Flex :- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After this period, a cancellation fee equal to 14 days of accommodation applies. Once checked in, the stay can be shortened anytime from the 29th day onward, subject to a 14-day fee (or the remaining stay if fewer than 14 days). If the stay duration affects the rate category, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing for the entire booking.
