There is a nice terrace where you can enjoy the summer. The rent includes all the bills except of the broadcasting fees. WiFi is included. The listed price is for one person. The surcharge is 149 € per month for the second person. There is a terrace with garden. If you take care of it, there is no surcharge at moving out. Otherwise it's 150€ for a gardener.
