ONLY FEMALE - Fully furnished room in a stylish 80 m2 apartment near Cologne A fully furnished room is available from October in our recently renovated 80 m2 apartment in Kerpen-Horrem. The move-in date is flexible. The room comes with a large bed, a proper desk/workspace, and storage space. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and fully furnished, with two bedrooms, a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, an additional guest toilet, a hallway, and a balcony. The location is especially convenient for anyone working, studying, or spending time in Cologne. Horrem train station is only around 3 minutes on foot from the apartment. From there, you can reach Cologne-Ehrenfeld in around 8 minutes and Cologne Central Station in around 14 minutes. Everything you need for daily life is nearby. A supermarket is around 5 minutes away on foot, while Lidl and Aldi are about 15 minutes away. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, hairdressers, small shops, and a beer garden within walking distance. I will be abroad for several months from October, so you would initially be sharing the apartment with my girlfriend. She will also leave Germany around the beginning of January. The rental period is flexible: around 3 months would be ideal, but a longer stay is also possible. Rent: €620/month + €20 electricity. The room and apartment are rented fully furnished.
