Those at home in the pretty Eppendorf village can count themselves lucky: lots of water, green, representative architecture, and urban quality of life. Chic boutiques, but also small grocery stores supply the residents with luxury goods or everyday needs. Every year at the beginning of June, the Eppendorf Landstrasse Festival takes place there, a lively street party with live stages, a flea market, and lots of food spots. Please note that you have to be between 18 and 35 years old when booking this offer and that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move ins are done *ONLY* during weekdays! Also, you always have to cancel the contract with us the latest 2 months prior to them moving out. Contract in Germany can always be terminated to the 15th or end of the month.
