This listing is for a furnished room in a shared apartment. We also offer other modern furnished rooms in different parts of Frankfurt. The rooms are comfortably furnished in a charming shabby-chic country-house style and feature a comfortable double bed. The rooms are approximately 17–19 sqm in size. The apartment has a modern, fully equipped shared kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. The washing machine can be used free of charge. In addition to the rent, there is only a monthly €60 cleaning fee. A cleaner regularly takes care of the common areas of the apartment. W-LAN internet, landline telephone, electricity and use of the washing machine are included in the rent. The internet provider is Vodafone. Cleaning The €60 monthly cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning of the shared areas of the apartment, not the private room. Upon departure, there is also a one-time final cleaning fee of €160 for the cleaning of the room. W-LAN internet, landline telephone, cable TV, electricity and washing machine use are included.
